Expanding our Skills & Capabilities
Prolifics consultant Omar Siliceo worked with IBM to develop the Portal 8.5 Certification exam, and as part of that engagement also became one of the first Certified Portal 8.5 Administrators.
A team of Proliifcs consultants recently attended Tealeaf training, and Ed Hanlon has already completed his IBM Certified Business Analyst – Tealeaf Customer Experience Management Certification.
Craig Smikle, Sabahath Khan, and Wajahath Khan all have IBM Connections Certifications. Craig Smikle has attained a Worklight Administrator certification.

Alan brings over 30 years’ experience and thought leadership in the healthcare industry.
